Jana (17) and Finja (14) are not only passionate young dog trainers, but also experienced sport and therapy dog handlers. As Monika Bodmer's daughters, they have been surrounded by dogs since birth and have internalized the values and philosophy of respectful, harmonious dog training from an early age.

From a young age, they supported dog owners in practical matters – with training, everyday problems, and learning together with their four-legged companions. This years of experience and their close connection to animals allow them to sensitively recognize the needs of both dogs and their owners. Jana and Finja are there for you with experience, empathy, and boundless passion – for training that strengthens both human and dog.

Jana: "I welcome every opportunity to grow in my interactions with dogs."

- Jana Rutschmann

At just 8 years old, she started out as a sport dog handler with her dog Mala in the BH1 (companion dog level 1). Even as a child, Jana supported dog handlers who had problems with their dogs and helped with their training. With Nera, she competed in the IBGH 1 & 2 (international companion dog level 1 & 2), and with her dog Kyra, at only 13 years old, she was the youngest participant in the Swiss Championship for all breeds in the IBGH3 (international companion dog level 3). Currently, she is training her first dog, Gessa, to be a therapy and sport dog in the IBGH and IGP (international partnership) disciplines.

Finja: Finja started agility at a young age with her dog Lori. With her own Malinois, Eda, she competed in IBGH (International Companion Dog Test) and in 2023, at just 12 years old, became the youngest participant in the Swiss Championship for all breeds. In the following years, the talented team qualified again and successfully completed the Swiss Championships for all breeds in Mollis in 2024, Bischofszell in 2025, and the Swiss Championship for Belgian Shepherds in 2025. Today, Finja and Eda compete together in IBGH 3 and IGP (International Utility Dog Test). They also work as a therapy dog team with the ABRI association.
